Zelda A Link Between Worlds release date set for November

It really is turning out to be the best time to be a Nintendo 3DS owner this year, what with Pokemon X and Y due out in October, followed by another massive game with The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. Previously, all we heard on Zelda was that it was due out at the end of the year, but now Nintendo has provided a solid release update thanks to another of their Direct broadcasts.

Earlier on this week we showed you a video of the game in action, which is probably some of the best footage around of the game at the moment. It really is a must buy for those that played the SNES original, but also to all Zelda newcomers – it’s probably going to be the best 3DS game you play this year, including Pokemon X and Y.

You just can’t go wrong with classic Zelda and now we can confirm that the game will be out in November. Nintendo revealed the news during their latest Direct broadcast, also confirming that Mario Party will be out in November as well. As seen in the video earlier this week, A Link Between Worlds is going to include a remastered soundtrack, featuring all of those recognizable tracks from A Link to the Past.

Some may agree that the Wii U is currently struggling, but there’s no sign of weakness with the 3DS this year. In actual fact, apart from Killzone Mercenary, what does the PS Vita have to compete with Pokemon X and Y and Zelda A Link Between Two Worlds? Final Fantasy X HD may be your answer to that, but we may still have to choose Zelda above all of those games.

How excited are you about playing the game this November? Hopefully we’ll be able to bring you even more gameplay soon.
