A few moments ago I tried to search for a video on YouTube, however it displayed an error message reading “500 Internal Server Error”, it now seems to be fine for me, however I wondered if anyone else was/is experiencing problems with YouTube search.
A quick search on Google Updates shows that a lot of of people across the globe were affected by the outage, you can see a photo of the error message here.
The first line of the error read “500 Internal Server Error” followed by “Sorry, something went wrong.” and quite humorously added “A team of highly trained monkeys has been dispatched to deal with this situation.”
It is hard to say whether this is an ongoing problem or a brief outage, therefore we would appreciate your feedback on this matter, please answer the poll question below.
