If you’re one of the many PlayStation 3 gamers that are looking forward to picking up a copy of the upcoming Yakuza 4 game, I think we may just have a bit of good news for you. Sega has just announced that a playable demo will be arriving on the PlayStation Network very soon.
However, it does appear that PlayStation Plus subscribers will be getting the Yakuza 4 demo a little earlier. According to a recent article by Tom Ivan over at computerandvideogames.com, PlayStation Plus users will be able to download the demo as from February 16th.
All other PlayStation 3 owners will have to wait another week before they are able to download it. The demo not only allows you to play as Kazuma Kiryu, it will also enable you to try out the other three playable characters — Shun Akiyama, Taiga Saejima and Masayoshi Tanimura.
According to Robert Purchese over on the eurogamer.net website, the Yakuza 4 game — which was recently given an 18 rating by the UK game-ratings board BBFC – comes with an incredible 384 minutes of cutscenes. That works out at over 6 hours worth.
