Xur is selling Hawkmoon for 09/25/15

We can see that many of you are already asking where is Xur and what time does Xur come. Destiny Year Two may be upon us, but Xur’s arrival time hasn’t changed at all.

That means we just have a few hours to go until Xur shows up and you can track his exact location on map here. Now, in case you haven’t already realised from last week – Xur no longer sells a set exotic weapon each week.

Instead Xur has the chance to sell an exotic Legacy engram which will contain an exotic weapon from Destiny Year One, not Year Two sadly.

We know that many of you are a bit unhappy that the weapon fun has now ended, but Bungie wanted to take this obsessive nature away from the game in order to promote equality and not just have the entire balance of the game depend on what Xur is selling each week – which is fair enough.

Despite no set weapon, Xur still offered some treats last week with the Impossible Machines – a new pair of Warlock gauntlets from The Taken King.

With that in mind, you should definitely still keep your eyes peeled as Xur will probably have more surprises when he unveils his 9/25/15 inventory.

For those asking what time does Xur come – remember that it is 2am Pacific Time, 5am Eastern Time and 10am UK time.

Let us know what you want to see for last minute Xur predictions for September 24 and we will update this when Xur spawns with the official inventory and location.

Update: Xur is live and he has a big surprise. He is offering up the Hawkmoon for sale which most of you should know was previously exclusive to PlayStation Gamers. Now it’s available for everyone and you should definitely go and grab it.

Other items on sale include the Sealed Ahamkara Grasps, Light Beyond Nemesis, Ruin Wings and a primary weapon Legacy Engram – overall a great week for Xur.
