Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 announced for budget buyers

Xiaomi has just unwrapped official details on the highly anticipated Mi Pad 4 tablet. We now know that the company’s new tablet will be sold as an affordable entry into the tablet market.

The price is definitely the main attraction here, as Xiaomi will be offering it for around $170 USD which is very appealing indeed.

For that price, Mi Pad 4 specs will include an 8-inch display, 1920 x 1200 resolution, 3GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 660 processor, Adreno 512 graphics, 32GB of memory and a 13MP rear camera with HDR and Face unlock.

The above specs relates to the WiFi version, but Xiaomi are also making a 4G LTE version available too for around $230 which bumps the memory up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

This tablet is undoubtedly going to be very popular in India as new Xiaomi devices always are, but if you are thinking of importing to the USA or UK, then it will be available from July onwards – pre-orders are going live in China this week.

Has Xiaomi become one of your favourite brands due to their cut prices compared to the likes of Apple and Samsung?
