We have a reminder of the Xbox One S release date to bring you now, as we are willing to bet that some of you are unaware that the Xbox One Slim is out as soon as next month.
For those that needs a heads-up, the release date is August 2 and this applies to the Xbox One S launch edition which comes with a 2TB hard drive and is priced at $399 in the US and £349 in the UK.
The price includes a vertical stand for those that need one, while Microsoft also has plans to release 1TB and 500GB versions later on.
The other big news to mix in with the S launch, is that the current Xbox One console has had yet another price drop. The 500GB is now available to buy in the US for just $250 making it the best time to jump into ‘next gen’ if you have yet to.
Are you going to drop your Xbox One to pick up the slim version which offers upgraded visuals for those with an Ultra HD 4K TV?
