Following on from our post about COD Black Ops stock in UK stores, we thought we should do something similar for Microsoft’s Xbox Kinect and a review of stock in UK shops. The previous article had some great feedback from readers, which helped some people find the best price and places that had stock.
Xbox Kinect has been released in the UK today and supermarkets have done their best to get stock from Microsoft, and enter into price wars for the games. Asda reported that they struck a deal with Microsoft, you can read their blog post here that explains stores should have stock on day one, with no need to pre-order. This seems a bold claim, and one that may leave some buyers disappointed. Has your local Asda got stock?
Play.com offers Kinect on the Xbox 360 for £129.99, which comes with Kinect: Adventures. Most stores — including Tesco — offer the same deal, but when it comes to games you should shop around as prices can vary greatly.
We want to know what stock your local store has, does Asda have enough stock on day one without the need for pre-orders, what about other stores like Sainsburys, Morrisons, and Tesco? Let us know in the comments.
