WWE 2K15 release date on PC, Wii U absent again

We have some great news for wrestling fans as 2K has finally confirmed that WWE 2K15 is definitely on the way. We told you about previous rumors here regarding Goldberg’s inclusion but now we have a confirmed WWE 2K15 release date on PS4 and Xbox One.

Most of you knew it was coming but it’s nice to get some official WWE 2K15 news at last. We can tell you that the game will be releasing on October 28 in the US, and October 30 in other regions including Europe and the UK.

Aside from next-gen versions on PS4 and Xbox One, WWE 2K15 will also be available on PS3 and Xbox 360. Unfortunately though, the big news is that it looks like there will not be a WWE 2K15 release date on PC or Wii U.

WWE 2K14 arrived on Xbox 360 and PS3 only, so perhaps we shouldn’t have expected it. However, given that WWE 2K15 is now in development for next-gen consoles, we secretly hoped that this would be the game that would finally show up on PC given the similarities in hardware.

There’s still a big demand for WWE to arrive on PC too and the news hasn’t gone down too well with fans. Wii U owners are once again going to be left disappointed with no WWE games to play this year. If WWE 2K15 wasn’t coming to PS3 and Xbox 360, Wii U owners may except their fate but since it is – there may be some questions raised about this.

Is the Wii U finished in terms of third-party support? We are still waiting for the WWE 2K15 trailer but we’ll bring you that as soon as we have it. For now, give us your reaction to the fact that PC and Wii U owners are once again missing out on WWE 2K15.

Does this make you unhappy?

Bogus that there is no PC version. And I don’t want to here corporate BS lines like it was difficult to port. PC is the most powerful platform and everyone knows that PS4 and XB1 are just underpowered mini-PCs with exact same architecture (x86).

This is pure BS.
