We have some pretty bad news for those of you still planning to attend Apple’s WWDC 2010 in June this year, as we can confirm that the event has now sold out completely – just eight days since tickets first went on sale.
As reported from Apple Insider, the event in San Francisco has enough room for 5,000 attendees. Tickets were available to buy for $1599, with not a single ticket left to buy just over a week on sale.
Apple will focus their event on iPhone OS 4.0, while they are strongly expected to unveil the next version of the iPhone, the 4th generation or ‘iPhone HD’ as it has been dubbed.
Rumors have suggested that the device could even go on sale from June 7th, while fresh details uncovered in the latest beta of the iPhone OS 4.0 SDK revealed that 720p HD video recording is a likely feature.
