If you are wondering why World of Warcraft servers are down today, we have a quick heads-up to say that Blizzard has already sent out word of scheduled WoW server maintenance today for January 19, 2017.
The good news is that servers won’t be down for long. Below is a Tweet from Blizzard’s official CS team stating that WoW server status will be down for just 1 hour as of 5am Pacific Time.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE 01/19 : #Warcraft: Rolling restarts beginning at 5:00 AM PST, lasting approximately 1 hour.

You can keep track of all future WoW server maintenance at our WoW outage page here. If you are waiting to get into the game, leave a comment below especially if Blizzard do not switch the servers back on at 6am Pacific!
