World Cup 2014 schedule PDF live for UK, US times

We are counting down the days to the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil and football fans will finally be able to watch the tournament after a pain four-year wait since South Africa.

Now, we have a vital heads-up for those that are looking for the official World Cup 2014 schedule PDF file. We already gave you a schedule here, but it wasn’t an official one from FIFA – but this is.

This has only just gone live on FIFA’s website and it includes the World Cup 2014 schedule for UK times. US times for the 2014 World Cup can be found on a different website instead as we have picked out an excellent schedule here courtesy of Fox Sports.

Looking at the official PDF from FIFA, you’ll notice that these are match times as they will start local time in Brazil. For UK times you want to add four hours to what FIFA has displayed in the chart. An example of this is the first match with Brazil Vs Croatia at 5pm local time.

By adding four hours to this, you’ll find out that the Brazil Vs Croatia kick-off time in UK is 9pm. For US conversion, minus one hour for Eastern Time and minus four for Pacific Time.

The result of this is a Brazil Vs Croatia kick-off time in US of 4pm Eastern Time and 1pm Pacific Time. Follow this guideline and you should have the full World Cup schedule PDF for your time zone.

You may want to ignore FIFA’s note at the bottom of the chart, as this may become confusing due to the way that they have worded the conversions.

Let us know if you are using this FIFA schedule as your personal World Cup timetable, or if you are using another method to keep up to date.
