Windows Phone 7 Video Review: User Interface Demo before Release

Earlier on we informed you about a detailed preview of Windows Phone 7 before it’s expected release in October, but now we also have a great Video preview for you to take a look at – letting you see the WP7 experience up close and personal.

Once again, the video comes to us courtesy of Engadget, who included this video with their detailed review. The video focuses on giving the user a chance to see exactly how the Windows Phone 7 User Interface operates, starting from the lock screen, then moving onto various details on each homescreen tile that represents a feature of the OS.

The first thing to note, is that this homescreen can be completely customized. While the core features such as phone, messaging, browser and pictures will be retained, other tiles can be used for your favorite preferences, like weather as shown in the video for example.

The video also gives us a look at just how responsive the OS is, when scrolling across menus with your finger. It seems as if Microsoft has worked hard to ensure that the UI experience on WP7 is one of the best (if not the best) on the market today.

Check out the full video preview below and let us know your thoughts on it. Are you pumped up for the release of WP7 or not?
