Windows Phone 7 Series: Xbox 360 features confirmed in detail

We knew it was coming, it was just a matter of time. Fresh from the MWC event in Barcelona, Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer has just lifted the lid on Windows Phone 7 Series, and the full list of features relating to its Xbox 360 support.

As taken from the Microsoft’s official press release, it looks as if you’ll be able to play certain Xbox Live games direct on your Windows 7 phone, although no specifics or games were mentioned as of yet.

As many of you had predicted, you’ll also be able to view your Avatar, Achievements and Gamer Profile direct from your phone – which is bound to put a smile on your face surely?

Thats it at the moment, until we hear more from Microsoft. Xbox Live on the go? Discuss away folks!
