Windows 10 Mobile appears stuck after Build 10572

Windows 10 Mobile Preview Build 10572 has now been released, although there have been some complaints that after the update devices have been getting stuck. However, Microsoft has issued an update on the matter, saying that all people need to do is ignore the black screen and allow the device to sit for 10 to 15 minutes, as they go through the data migration step.

It’s this step that finalizes the upgrade, and so once this process has passed, then your Windows 10 Mobile device will no longer be stuck — well that is what Microsoft tells us anyway.

Microsoft is also working on yet another new build due to the fact that build 10549.4 had a bug that prevented an upgrade to it from previous builds. Those of you that wanted to try it out had to flash back to 8.1, which was not exactly a good way of going about things.

However, you might have a little while to wait for this fix, as that will not be available until Build 10575, although Insiders still have no clue as to how long it will be until that version has been made available.

We’ve heard that this latest build is much improved and truly fast, but we can’t help feel Insiders only care about 10575, as this will come with the improvements needed for a better experience.
