White iPhone 4: Release Update Teases Future iPhone 5 Owners

If you read our report earlier, you’ll know that Apple may be planning to finally release the White iPhone 4 sometime next month, according to an industry analyst. But is it far too late? How many of you would actually be willing to still get one with the imminent arrival of the iPhone 5?

While we agree the White iPhone 4 adds an all new sexy dimension to our favorite iPhone despite just being a different splash of paint, it could be seen as a very risky move for consumers to buy one with the possible arrival of the fifth generation iPhone.

Of course, nobody knows that an iPhone 5 will definitely arrive this Summer at WWDC 2011, but the rumor mill is definitely not slowing down, and when it is in full force like this, it usually means that a new device is on the way – just like we all knew the iPad 2 was coming prior to it’s announcement recently.

With this in mind, how many of you would still be willing to commit to a new contract or pay a considerable sum of money for a white version of the iPhone 4? If you’re asking for our opinion on it, we’d say it’s too risky and you may end up regretting it by the time Steve Jobs takes to the stage (we hope!) for WWDC 2011 during June.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on this one, so let us know where you stand.
