Westinghouse DW39F1Y1 39-inch specs and user manual

TV sales in the months of November and December are huge; this is because it is the time of the year when consumers have been waiting for, as it is a perfect way to treat the family. We have already looked at a huge number of TVs for various budgets, and Westinghouse is right up there in terms of having above average specs, yet below average pricing.

When looking around for a TV, some people just see one online or in store and then just go for it because it has attractive pricing, but that would be a huge mistake. Take the Westinghouse DW39F1Y1 39-inch 1080p 120Hz LED HDTV, you would want to know what sort of specs and features it has.

We can tell you that we are surprised at the leap in terms of technology Westinghouse has made. Just five years ago these TVS were a little on the ugly side and lacking features when compared to rival TVs of a similar budget.

The design of the Westinghouse DW39F1Y1 LED TV is very slim and delivers a crisp, clear picture and from a distance you would be forgiven for thinking you are looking at an LG or Samsung TV.

Looking over some of the Westinghouse DW39F1Y1 specs we can see this model comes with Full HD 1080p, 120Hz refresh rate, 100,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, SRS TruSurround HD, and 3 HDMI inputs.

To learn more about the Westinghouse DW39F1Y1 TV we were hoping for some reviews, but there doesn’t seem to be any. However, if you are still interested, then you could visit Westinghouse and look over the user manual just to see more of its features.

I have had this TV for 3 weeks. It is my first HD tv after being extremely picky about what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. Everything I wanted (40″ range, 120Hz, LED) was hard to find for less than $500, especially when looking for Samsung, originally. I have never been unimpressed with anything I’ve seen from Westinghouse and found this TV for $250. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I’ve yet to see a similar size TV that has looked any better, often if even as good. The ones that do compare have been purchased… Read more »
