Watch Dogs movie anticipation for cast, release date

Watch Dogs might not be enough to tear some gamers away from Grand Theft Auto V, but these gamers might step away from their beloved open world game to experience a Watch Dogs movie. It is on, but who will be in the cast and what will the release date be? These are some of the questions being left wide open after Ubisoft confirmed the Watch Dogs movie.

Ubisoft is already working on two other games that will launch in movie form, and these are Splinter Cell and Assassin’s Creed. Ubisoft’s Jean-Julien Baronnet stated, “the deal creates exceptional opportunities” for both Sony and Ubisoft. Both companies believe a Watch Dogs movie can be created that builds on the enthusiasm already seen around the game.

Game based movie boom — a number of our readers would have seen the Halo 4 movie titled “Forward Unto Dawn”, and we personally loved this movie even though other games have failed when converting to a film.

There are currently a lot of games turning into movies and this is especially the case after the film industry fell behind game sales a number of years ago. Before games were made from movies, but the trend is changing to the other way around now and these game movies are starting to deliver.

Would you like to see the Watch Dogs movie? Who do you think the cast should include, and do you have ideas for an ideal plot? Currently a specific release date for the Watch Dogs movie is yet to be announced; in fact even a launch window is yet to be disclosed.

With the game based movie boom well under way some people have certain games tin-mind for the next film, but we are not too sure about Tetris but Age of Empires would be welcomed.

You can see some more Watch Dogs gameplay although this has been met with a few complaints over graphics.
