The multiplayer online combat flight simulator known as War Thunder is the ideal game for those of you who love flight simulator games. This is currently being developed by Gaijin Entertainment for a number of platforms including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and the next-gen PlayStation 4.

While it is in the open beta testing phase we thought it would be a good idea to take a look at the gameplay involved as this title contains everything from the aircrafts to armoured vehicles and ships. Based on the pre-World War II era up to the early Korean War, many of the maps included are based of real life battles from this time.

When it comes to the arcade battles, this game draws up to 32 people in two teams using different planes from varied nations and involves high speed aerial battles. While the idea is to either take out all the enemy ground units or use the option to seize enemy airfields taking valuable points off of the opposition.

The extensive video above comes courtesy of YouTube and lasts nearly 29 minutes as this also come with a running commentary from a live-stream by Krebs and PhlyDaily, and this is regarded as part one of a two part video.
