The Volvo On Call smartphone app was updated a couple of weeks ago for iOS and only today for Android, yet there is already details being shared on its next update. The next version of this app will favor the Apple Watch, along with Android Wear devices, giving user’s a lot more control.
From the end of June you will be able to access Volvo On Call features via your Apple Watch and Android smartwatches, so allowing you to use features like locking and unlocking doors, controlling heater settings, and to also locate your Volvo in a car park.
It’s not just these wearable devices that have access to these features, as you can already control them with your Android smartphone and tablets, as well as your iPhone or iPad.
Various devices will also make use of voice control, allowing you to speak your command to the Volvo On Call app.
