Volcano in Iceland: Ash Cloud Airspace Updates on Nokia Ovi Store

If you own a Nokia handset and have been affected by the volcano in Iceland by any way, you’ll be pleased to know that Nokia has just released an app on their Ovi Store, which will bring you all the latest updates on the Ash Cloud causing havoc in Europe.

As reported from Newsider, the app is free to download from the Ovi Store and is designed to give you the latest travel updates regarding the airspace in and around Europe. Flights are still subject to change as we speak, so you should find this app very useful if you are stuck at an airport or plan to travel in the next few days.

The updates will be coming directly from the NATS (National Air Traffic Service) so you can be ensured that the information you receive on your phone will be official. You’ll also find various links and phone numbers to airlines if you need them.

It is available to download now, let us know if you have any problems regarding this app.
