It appears that the issues are affecting consumers in various ways and are dependant on where you live. As one user tells us below, his entire Virgin Media service has been down for over a week which is obviously a more severe problem.

Another customer has gone on Twitter to complain that his Tivo service, as well as Virgin Media WiFi service is down at the same time – so it’s fair to say that we do appear to have a Virgin Media outage on our hands.

The good news is that Virgin Media’s customer service is already working through the problems. Unlike other ISPs, we can see that Virgin’s team are replying to most messages on Twitter working to find a solution, which is pleasing to see.
As we look to find out how severe this problem is today, get in touch with us if you are a Virgin Media customer. Let us know where you are and if you can currently access your Virgin Media service.
