If you love finding out information about new things in your life, both culturally and in the present day we have an app for you which we think you’re going to love.
It’s called Viki and you can now download it for iPhone and also on Apple Watch. It is essentially a Wikipedia search engine for Apple Watch, which has been tweaked with visual improvements and clever tools to make Wikipedia searching on your Apple Watch a breeze.
It costs $1.99 to download Viki for Apple watch, but includes some lovely features such as voice search directly on the Watch, points of interest pages which pop up as you are on the move and also a swipe function to instantly continue reading on your iPhone or iPad.
The layout is extremely attractive and we can already see that Viki has had some stellar reviews on the App Store page despite its $2 fee.
Another little bonus feature which we love is built-in VLC support allowing you to play any media files which Wikipedia include on particular pages.
If you are due to go on holiday and own an Apple Watch, this could be the best $2 you’ve ever spent as it will probably transform your day when out sightseeing.
Have you already bought Viki? If so, leave us a comment below on if you would recommend this to other readers.
