Verizon LG Revolution: Specs, Photos and Release Date

We have not spoken too much about the LG Revolution lately, therefore we thought we would post an article which tells you some important information about this impressive smartphone and when it will become available.

Let’s start with its release date, apparently the LG Revolution will hit Verizon Wireless on May 26th, this was confirmed by a recent post on Droid-Life.

In terms of technical specifications the Revolution certainly does impress, it features a 4.3-inch touch screen display which offers a resolution of 800 x 480, there is also Bluetooth 3.0, a 5 megapixel on the rear and a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front for video chat. The rear camera is capable of capturing video at 720p and there is a LED flash as you would expect.

Other mentionable specs include its Android 2.2 FroYo operating system, 16GB pre-installed microSD memory card, WiFi b/g/n, wireless charging support, HDMI support, mobile hotspot functionality and 4G connectivity.

Sadly we cannot confirm what performance hardware is hidden inside the casing, PhoneArena suggest that there is a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and a 1500mAh battery, however we have no idea regarding how much RAM is available.

Below we have embedded an image which shows the LG Revolution from a few different angles (click on it for a larger view), as you can see it is by no means an ugly device, if your worried about size we can confirm that it measures in at 5.03 x 2.63 x 0.52 inches and weighs 6.06oz.
