Verizon iPhone: If AT&T improves will you buy in 2010?

Following on from our news on Sunday that AT&T aims to improve its 3G network, we wonder if that would change your decision on you buying a Verizon iPhone if and when it launches in 2010? There is no denying that AT&T need to upgrade their network, but is it only that that stops people from getting the Apple smartphone?

Verizon Wireless customers will agree that their network is the best in the U.S. and puts rival AT&T to shame — but they too could face the same troubles if they had the data demanding iPhone. The Apple smartphone is known to be a huge drain on data — due to high downloads of apps from iTunes.

Looking back at previous posts it would seem that a huge number of current iPhone AT&T customers would defect to Verizon – but saying and doing are two separate things. AT&T will continue to improve its network and they have experience with the iPhone, will we be able to say the same about Verizon?
