Van Persie, Ibra, Ronaldo in WC Transfer Market chatter

The virtual football world is alive with chatter about a World Cup Transfer Market coming to FIFA 14 with a release date expected to be during next week. The most popular belief is that the new Transfer Market will be added to FIFA 14 World Cup Ultimate Team on Tuesday, June 10.

We have a video below this article discussing just this possibility and fans are reacting to the news with what players they have, and of course the ones they’d like to transfer if a World Cup Transfer Market happens. This includes the likes of Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and other players want to get their hands on Robin van Persie for a good price.

One fan had this to say, “I hope there is a WC transfer market, because I packed Ronaldo and think he’s rubbish, so I would sell him and buy Ibra for my league 1 team”. Another added, “If this allows me to trade my starter pack players, then I will have Ronaldo and Neymar Robben on one, but I do wonder about gamers hacking and selling coins to ruin such a mode”.

We only have a couple of days left until the rumored date. If they bring a transfer market for World Cup, some people want EA to “stop coins coming from normal UT”. How about you, would you want a transfer market in the World Cup mode and if so should it have a normal mode of its own? Share a comment below.

What players would you transfer and who for in a World Cup Transfer Market? Take a look at the video below that touches on pack openings, the latest World Cup update in FIFA 14, and of course the players they’d like to transfer.
