Users block Meow Chat Facebook invites

Are you wondering how to block Meow Chat Facebook invites after getting non-stop notifications? This might not be like certain Facebook game requests, but some of our readers will be looking for a way to block invites from one or more persons sending an invite to join this new craze.

The Meow Chat app has been around a while with reviews landing months ago, although its popularity surged in recent days and this is in part due to people starting to see the benefit of an app mixing the Tinder dating app with WhatsApp. Also, another reason for growth is the amount of invites being sent out.

Just like we saw with Bitstrips, when an application becomes extremely popular with your friends you’ll likely be inundated with requests to join them. This will be fine with a lot of people, although others that don’t want to participate will become annoyed quickly if they’re getting a lot of Meow Chat invites on Facebook.

How to block Meow Chat Facebook account invites and notifications? This messaging app grew in popularity thanks to adding a chat feature and of course how well Tinder has done from its platform. It’s available to download as a free iPhone, iPad, and Android app.

To stop invitations to this social network you’ll need to click on Games within your Facebook account, then find the Requests section and to block Meow Chat you’ll only need to click the X next to a previous notification for this service. From here on it’s obvious what to do, which is due to the “Block Meow Chat” text that once clicked will stop all notifications from everyone.

Have you decided to block Meow Chat in your Facebook account? If you’ve downloaded the iOS or Android app, did you send invites to all your friends?
