Microsoft has finally launched its Office 2010 suite and Web Apps and it shows that they can make what was good even better. We often wonder how they can keep improving the software — but they have. Some of you may already know how well Office 2010 works — thanks to a free beta download, but now it is time for the real deal.
There are a number of versions available, but the two that offers the greatest value has to be Academic and Student. The former comes with just the right features that you need for everyday use, the latter comes with far too much although it comes at a fraction of the cost of the top-of-the range version.
Office 2010 Home and Student is not as much as you would think — costing just £84.51. For this you get Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Office 2010 Professional Academic costs just £49.99 — although this comes with a full range of features including: Access, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word.
Other versions include: Office 2010 Home and Business and Office 2010 Professional, the cost is £187.44 and £357.19 respectively. Which version will you choose?
