Uncharted 4 plot and settings teased on Twitter

2014 is going to be a year of will it or won’t it happen for Naughty Dog’s next game, which is said to be Uncharted 4. Having already confirmed that they are working on a new Uncharted title thanks to a teaser trailer, not much else was given away.

The first question asked by fans is when will Uncharted 4 be released, and the most recent news we have on this is 2015 is more likely, although we shouldn’t rule out November of this year because the news that Uncharted 4 was doubtful for 2014 was taken out of context.

Fans reacted very badly to rumors that Nathan Drake might not feature in the next Uncharted game and that Naughty Dog will go down a different route, and again we find this to be very unlikely. However, that is not saying that the developer still cannot spin the franchise on its head and do a Tomb Raider and release a prequel.

Uncharted 4 on Twitter

A recent tweet, which you can see above was from a Todd Stashwick, who is thought to be the voice behind the guy who talks in the new Uncharted trailer. Looking at the tweet it does look as though he is trying to give the Uncharted 4 plot and settings away, although he has done it in such a way that we are having trouble understanding just what he means.

It’s really hard to know just what way Naughty Dog is going with this, will it have Drake in it and will we go back in time to when he was younger? We know we have played as Nathan when he was younger before, but maybe a full game might be the new direction? However, there is a possibility that we will get to do some time jumping and even play as Sir Francis Drake.
