Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past release still eludes

Even though the upcoming Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past app has nothing to do with the movie of a similar name, we still wonder why it has yet to get its release, as it would have been perfect timing for its release date to be the same as the film, which has now had its premier in the US and UK.

We expect the release date for the Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past Android and iOS app to be on May 22nd, 2014, which is when the movie should also hit the cinemas.

Like we said above, the app has nothing to do with the movie, but it would be great marketing to release the two together because everyone will be talking about the new movie.

The game is said to have an immersive storyline and will be unlike anything we have experienced before on a mobile game, but how many times have we heard that before?

Uncanny X-Men- Days of Future Past

As for the Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past gameplay, this is said to be a side-scrolling 2D format, ideal for mid-core gamers. The game will have a heavy focus on combat and will be fast paced, something that should keep players busy for long periods of time.

Not much else is known about this game, but we do know it will support the iPhone 4 and above and the iPad 2 and above. As for the Android version, you will be able to play on many devices, such LG, HTC and Samsung.

When do you think the developers will share the Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past release date with us?
