A great new fitness app has been released for owners of the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. All-in Fitness 1.0 gives support and guidance for pros, intermediate, and rookie athletes who want to know their way round a gym in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Released by Viaden Mobile the app uses a scientific approach via a patented algorithm. With four different modes of workout all levels of skills are catered for, from the highly skilled to the beginner. Using the algorithm in one of the modes fitness routines are generated based on information entered by the user.

Two more modes allow more experienced athletes to create a workout themselves to test their skills, while the final mode has readymade programs that has different goals and levels. Users are able to keep track of their physical condition with the aid of graphs, and their body mass index is also shown.

A counter keeps track of the calories the user consumes and burns, and sets a daily goal so they know how many calories are needed to be burnt to keep fit. An extensive database of foods which include popular restaurant and supermarket brands is included so the user can easily track their calorie consumption.

The app contains 200 exercises with and without gym equipment with video and written instructions. The Personal Trainer option allows users to consult an expert fitness coach free of charge.
