Treyarch confirms Black Ops 4 beta file will turn into Blackout beta

We have some important news for all Black Ops 4 beta participants now, as Treyarch has confirmed that the same beta file used for the recent tests will now be needed for the upcoming Blackout beta.

Blackout will be the ‘Battle Royale’ element of Black Ops 4 and if you haven’t heard of the mode previously, it is going to be Treyarch’s answer to Fortnite and PUBG.

It will launch with Black Ops 4 in October, but before that Treyarch plans to host a beta for Blackout in September and now you can get in with the same multiplayer beta key and you won’t need to download another big file.

Considering the beta was a 30GB install, this is great news for everyone so make sure you let friends and family know before they delete their file thinking that Black Ops 4 beta testing is done and dusted.

Blackout is going to combine every single aspect of Call of Duty that you love, on the biggest map in the series’ history – including elements from Zombies mode.

Enjoy the trailer once again and let us know if you are hyped for Blackout and want you want to see in the mode compared to Fortnite and PUBG.
