Transformers: Dark of the Moon – New multiplayer game trailer

We may have provided our readers with a teaser trailer, a few game details and information on the pre-order bonuses for the upcoming movie tie-in game Transformers: Dark of the Moon, but up until now we haven’t really seen a trailer that focuses on the multiplayer side.

That’s all about to change however, as according to Ryan Blanchard over on the website; a brand new multiplayer game trailer has now been released. The trailer not only gives us a glimpse at the game’s highly-anticipated multiplayer, but it also shows the new Stealth Force mode in action.

The Transformers: Dark of the Moon game — which acts as a prequel to the upcoming movie of the same name, as opposed to just reiterating the story of the film – is developed by High Moon Studios, the team behind last year’s well- received Transformers: War for Cybertron title.

For those of you that don’t already know, the Stealth Force mode enables gamers to enter a brand new state that allows them to remain in vehicle mode and retain the mobility, while utilizing the offensive abilities of the robot state. It looks like players will also be able to use this mode in multiplayer.

The multiplayer portion of the Transformers: Dark of the Moon game will enable players to take on the role of an Autobot or Decepticon in a squad-based environment. The upcoming Transformers: Dark of the Moon game is expected to arrive in North American stores on June 14th.
