If you’re currently undecided whether or not you will buy the upcoming Transformers: Dark of the Moon game when it arrives in stores next month, then we have some news that may just sway your decision. We’ve just learned that the pre-order bonuses have now been revealed.
As Sal Romano over at scrawlfx.com recently noted, there are a number of pre-order and launch bonuses available for the Transformers: Dark of the Moon game, and they all vary depending on which retailer you choose and which platform you purchase the game for.
For example, if you pre-order the game from GameStop, you will receive an exclusive code that will unlock the playable Sideswipe character. If you decide to pre-order from Amazon on the other hand, you will receive an exclusive code to unlock the Ratchet playable character.
There are other retailers mentioned, but they are the ones that are offering launch bonuses as opposed to pre-order bonuses. Purchasing the Transformer: Dark of the Moon game at Toys R’ Us will land you an exclusive Inverted in-game Bumblebee character skin for the Nintendo 3DS version.
Meanwhile, if you buy the game at Best Buy, you will receive a free movie ticket upgrade to 3D. If you decide to buy your copy of the game from Sears or K-Mart on the other hand, you will get an original, limited edition Transformers: Dar of the Moon comic book by IDW Publishing.
