Transformers Age of Extinction PS4, Xbox One game desire

Have you just finished watching the 2014 Superbowl? If you did, you would have witnessed an exciting new Transformer 4: Age of Extinction trailer that was beamed to US audiences. More importantly, it gave us the first look at the dinobots in action and we can’t wait to see how this translates to the upcoming Transformers Age of Extinction game on PS4 and Xbox One.

For those that are not aware yet, we can confirm that a new game is on the way. A trademark for a “Transformers Age of Extinction” game has already been filed by Hasbro, although we don’t know who will be developing the game yet.

One obvious choice would be High Moon Studios, who brought us the first decent Transformers game in years with Fall of Cybertron – a game that funnily enough was not directly linked to any movie.

We’re assuming that fans would love them to return for the Age of Extinction game and see how they incorporate dinobots into the game, but Activision hasn’t made any announcements yet.

Are you ready to ride Dinobots in the next game?
Are you ready to ride Dinobots in the next game?

The sight of Optimus Prime riding on Grimlock will make fans very excited indeed though about any forthcoming game on the way. Don’t forget too that Age of Extinction will be running on PS4 and Xbox One hardware – the first Transformers game with this honor.

We hope that it isn’t a direct movie tie-in as well, as this seems to end in failure each time. Watch the trailer again below, and let us know your expectations for seeing the dinobots in action with the Transformers Age of Extinction game.
