Toyota to extend incentives through April

As we reported a week ago Toyota’s sales had soared 40 percent in March following their incentive boost. So it will come as no surprise that AutoBlog have said that the troubled car manufacturer will be continuing to offer big incentives through April.

Due to the well publicised recall sales had dropped, and Toyota have been trying their hardest to recoup its loses, especially with the $16 million government fine.

The incentives due to continue are large discounts on leases for popular models such as the Camry, Corolla and RAV4, with extended zero-percent financing offered for anyone not wishing to lease. Mix this with Toyota’s plans to expand its two-year free maintenance package to all its customers, rather than just return customers.

No doubt if Toyota’s sales continue to rise we will see the incentives extended for a lot longer, but we will keep you informed.
