Toshiba Folio 100: PC World & Customers Unimpressed.

In early September we posted an article showing a hands-on video of the Toshiba Folio 100 tablet, at the time of the previous post we suggested that the software wasn’t great, however it seems as if this may have been more of a problem than we originally thought.

The UK retailer PC World are less than happy with the Folio 100, therefore they have given it a huge £999.99 price tag in an attempt to put off customers, apparently they have seen a lot of Folio 100 returns, mainly due to an unpolished version of Android being rolled out, which has bugs and no Android Market access.

It is thought that PCWorld will soon completely pull the Folio 100 from their stores, when we hear official confirmation of this we will keep you posted.

Have you returned a Toshiba Folio 100? If so, what was the reason?
