Titanfall DLC confirmed before release

Despite not even being out yet, Titanfall DLC content has been confirmed even before the games release. Developer Respawn has already spoken of the plans to offer extra content after the full release, which launches for Xbox One and Xbox 360 on March 11th.

The Microsoft exclusive features a multiplayer driven experience which will be built upon with the DLC offering. Respawn has confirmed that micro transactions will not be used in the game, meaning that the content drops will be offered traditionally through a season pass or individual purchase.

EA CEO Andrew Wilson has said that the DLC content to be offered for Titanfall will be designed specifically to match the behaviors of their player base. We have seen this quite often recently, especially with Battlefield 4 who ask the gaming community for their feedback om future updates and content.

For fans eagerly awaiting the release of Titanfall, it must be good to know that more game content will be added soon after you have played the first batch? EA has reportedly confirmed that Respawn are adding the last touches to the Titanfall open beta which should be made available in February ahead of the full launch in March.

Are you planning on buying Titanfall for Xbox and the subsequent DLC content that follows?
