The Lego Movie 2014 celebrated with online games

The Lego Movie is an animated adventure comedy film that revolves around the iconic yellow construction toys blocks that have been popular with children for a number of years. It seems that the Lego franchise is continuing to branch out further and the latest film is receiving plenty of hype. As I try to convince my partner to go and see this on Valentine’s Day, from what has been reported The Lego Movie has something in it for everyone and with a large cast of voice actors involved we have high expectations for this film.

Co-written and directed by Chris Miller and Phil Lord, The LEGO Movie includes a cast of Will Ferrell, Morgan Freeman, Will Arnett, Elizabeth Banks, Charlie Day, Alison Brie, Nick Offerman and Liam Neeson. Chris Pratt will play the lead role of Emmet, who is an ordinary guy that has been mistaken as a master builder and he has been drafted in to put a stop to an evil tyrant.

The film is scheduled to release on the 7th February 2014 and while we wait for this to come out we thought our readers would like to know about some free Lego online games that revolve around the Lego franchise in anticipation for the new movie. There’s a whole array of Lego online games to check out, and one that I found really addictive was a Lego block game that was similar to the Candy Crush Saga title that is hard to stop playing after a couple of goes.

This is the ideal way for Lego fans to keep themselves occupied in the lead up to the film’s release, although we must inform you that these fun games are highly addictive, so allocate yourself a bit of time to run through them all.
