There has been a groundbreaking announcement made by Square-Enix and Marvel Entertainment, which will see the release of a new game called The Avengers Project.
It looks to be a massive project in the works and thanks to a teaser trailer for The Avengers Project we can confirm some of the main characters that will definitely be in the game.
First of all, you should know that we won’t be seeing any more Avengers Project news until 2018 so this is a very early look at a game that still has a long way to go with development.
With Square-Enix at the helm though, you just know it is going to be good and if you loved the Tomb Raider reboot games especially then you are going to be in for an extra treat.
Based on the trailer, we know that Hulk, Iron Man, Thor and Captain America will be main characters as seen below:

The glasses at the start of the trailer are obviously Bruce Banner’s while the other clues are dead giveaways too as to who they relate to.
What other Avengers Project characters do you want to see though? We are guessing that Black Widow and Hawkeye will play a big part as with any other Avengers game but what would be your dream list?
Personally, we would love to see Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch added to the team and we can only imagine the possibilities in terms of DLC if fans want a complete roster.
