Tesla Model 3 Ludicrous Mode confirmed by Musk

Ever since Elon Musk unveiled the Tesla Model 3 to the world many questions have been asked, although one of the more popular is whether this new model will come with Ludicrous Mode.

This is the very same question that someone took to twitter to ask Elon Musk, and his answer was yes, the Tesla Model 3 will have Ludicrous Mode.

If this is in fact true, and we have no reason to doubt Musk’s Tweet, then the Model 3 has the makings of becoming the fastest Tesla vehicle in terms of acceleration. This is because it will have the same motors, yet will also be lighter than the Model S.

Ok, so we now that this means the Model 3 range will be reduced, although we know that Tesla will use larger capacity batteries, and so the difference will not be too different to the smaller battery without Ludicrous.

This could mean that the Model 3 0-60 miles per hour time could beat 2.6 seconds that the most powerful Model S can currently manage.

With this in mind we now wonder if those reservations will keep up momentum now that Ludicrous Mode has been confirmed by Musk?
