Tesco Bank customers have woken up very worried today, after the company confirmed that they were the target of a fraud attempt impacting thousands of users.
It’s been confirmed that many customers have had hundreds of pounds taken from their accounts, with affected customers now frantically trying to recoup the money by contacting Tesco for a response.
As a result, Tesco has even taken the step to deactivate some accounts advising those affected to make contact to attempt to recover losses.
However we have also heard that Tesco has already started to provide some recoup funds as a ‘goodwill gesture’ but as far as we’re aware nobody has been given full refunds yet.
