Terra Battle Bahamut is actually SS class quality

How is everyone getting on with Terra Battle so far? We have to admit Mistwalker’s latest game is pretty addictive, although we do need to start seeing some consistent content updates from the team to keep everyone interested.

We wanted to bring you a quick heads-up on something we spotted, which could be very beneficial to you in your endless quest on levelling up characters.

Bahamut, the dragon obtained from the game’s first official event is actually SS class quality in our opinion. We say this as Bahamut’s Job 1 level 65 skill is better than what you realise.

In game it is listed as “Fire, Pincer Area 20%”. In reality though, that is actually a typo since the attack once performed is a “Fire, Pincer Area, Column” instead.

The result is a character that is can now perform the same offensive skills as Lewto, an SS fire mage plus with an added bonus on top.

Lewto’s third job gives him “Fire, Pincer Area, Column” but Bahamut Omega (Job 3) is going to have a skill called “Inferno, Cross, All”. As far as we’re aware, he is the only unit in the game to have this so you should start levelling him up as soon as possible.

It’s also funny to think that some players were moaning about how long it takes to level Bahamut up as an S class. However, we actually think that’s a blessing in disguise since his skills are clearly SS quality – perhaps Lewto is still superior due to his revive and healing ability on top of offense.

With Bahamut’s surprise column attack, we also need to mention how useful he now is when playing the metal zones. As most of you will know, the enemies there including the pesky runners are highly vulnerable to magic attacks.

With a level 65 Bahamut in the team, your odds of killing the runners are increased tenfold as he’ll be able to take them down as long as they are in the pincer range of the entire column.

Follow our advice and you’ll soon be hitting 200,000 EXP per Metal Zone for your characters which is like finding an oasis in the desert.

Let us know what you think of this. Were you also shocked to find out Bahamut has an entire column skill?
