T-Mobile iPad 5, iPad Mini 2 release looks promising

Are you getting excited for the big day on October 22 yet? Apple’s iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 release announcement is coming very soon and now we have some fantastic news for those residing in the US. Traditionally, we have seen Apple’s LTE iPads available for purchase on three of the four major carriers in the country.

Now though, we have strong hints which suggest that T-Mobile may finally be ready to join the party as well. At the moment, you can only officially buy an LTE iPad from Apple’s store online from AT&T, Sprint and Verizon.

Consumers have been very frustrated over the lack of an LTE T-Mobile version, but now it looks like those prayers are firmly going to be answered on October 22. Company CEO John Legere has sent out the following Tweet below, which almost confirms that T-Mobile will soon offer both devices on their network to consumers.

While not obviously name-dropping the iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2, it is highly likely that it is these products that Legere is referring to – otherwise, what else would it be? The arrival of Apple’s new new tablets would then ensure that Apple now sells 4G versions of the iPad to all four major carriers in the US – a happy ending for all in the end.

The question is though, what would you be willing to buy on T-Mobile this Holiday season? An iPad 5 with possible Touch ID finger-print scanning, or the iPad Mini 2 with a Retina Display at last? Either way, things have just got very exciting indeed for those that prefer T-Mobile to any other carrier.

Is this great news to you? Give us your interpretation of the teasing Tweet above as we await the big day to come.
