Super Mario Galaxy 2: Reviews and Release Date to Arrive Monday

For those of you eager to get your hands on a copy of Super Mario Galaxy 2, the wait is almost over and we can see if the latest saga in the Mario world lives up to it’s predecessors.< !-more-->

Reviews for the long-awaited game will go live on Sunday, May 23 at 10pm PST, 1am EST on Monday, May 24 which also means that the UK will get them in time for breakfast at around 6AM.

Games this year have so far being nothing less than superb, with Red Dead Redemption leading the way with stunning reviews from all angles. Super Mario Galaxy 2 has a chance to capitalize on this, potentially being the biggest traditional Nintendo game of the year. Edge UK (10/10) and Informer (9.25/10) have already released their reviews.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 will see a release the same day as the review embargo is lifted, but UK residents will have to wait until June 11 to play as their favorite plumber with a mustache.

Will you be buying Super Mario Galaxy 2?
Yes! I am planning to fly over to New York and buy a copy. Seriously, I have heard it is easy to get hold of a copy in London already.
