Super Mario 3D World Vs Knack after sales

While most of you will be enjoying your PS4 at the moment and Sony’s new platformer Knack, there’s a lot of critics who believe that Super Mario 3D World isn’t getting the limelight it deserves on Wii U. With this in mind, we have some gameplay to show you allowing you to make your own conclusions on this debate.

It has to be said that Knack didn’t receive favorable reviews from critics. IGN gave the game a ‘mediocre’ 5.9, while the guys over at Eurogamer were even less impressed, giving the game a 4/10 and saying that Knack ‘isn’t the kind of game that you want to take home with your PS4’.

Despite that though, it looks like more copies of Knack has been sold in the UK compared to Super Mario 3D World, a game that Eurogamer decided to give a perfect 10/10 score to. While we always recommend gamers to buy games based on their own judgement and not what the critics say, is this one occasion where Super Mario 3D World should be better received?

We’ve included Eurogamer’s live stream of Nintendo’s game below. Watch it from the beginning and you’ll hear them state similar things about Super Mario 3D World’s sales compared to Knacks on PS4. We’ve also added some Knack gameplay below, allowing you to make a comparison.

Have you had the chance to play both games? If so, let us know your thoughts on both and whether you think Nintendo’s game should be doing better than it is at the moment in terms of sales.
