It appears that the upcoming Sports Island 3D game — which as we mentioned yesterday is due to be released in June — isn’t the only title that Hudson Soft and Konami are releasing for the much-anticipated Nintendo 3DS gaming system, with news now of another game on its way.
According to James Orry over on the videogamer.com website, Konami also announced that it will be launching Hudson Soft’s Sudoku: The Puzzle Game Collection, which is scheduled to be released sometime in May (although we haven’t got a specific date at this stage).
Besides featuring the regular game of Sudoku, the Sudoku: The Puzzle Game Collection title will also provide players with 3 other puzzle game styles: Akari (Museum), Shikaku (Boxes) and Hashi (Bridges). The game contains a total of 600 tests, which range from easy to hard.
Sudoku: The Puzzle Game Collection will also take advantage of Nintendo’s “Play Coins” system, which means that players will be able to earn points. These coins can then be used to obtain hints to help players solve the game’s more challenging of puzzles.
