Two massive games are set to come together with the Street Fighter X Tekken title, and while the anticipation for the game builds we have seen various leaks and trailers that have revealed elements of the game. Today we can tell you about the Street Fighter x Tekken PC release date and some new characters have been confirmed.
Earlier this month we had reports that the likes of Ogre and Jin could be coming in the forthcoming game. Now according to an article over at Examiner.com Capcom have delighted fans by revealing the first footage of Akuma, M. Bison, Ogre and Jin, which can be seen below. Both Street Fighter characters Akuma and M. Bison look similar to their Street Fighter 4 counterparts.
Jin Kazama that was once a Tekken hero before turning bad looks to have kept some of his main combos from the 3D fighter, and Tekken 3 boss Ogre is looking as can be expected, evil. There is a chance that Akuma and Ogre will likely be boss characters in the game, as both of them don’t seem to have an official tag partner. Both of them are also shown coming out of a strange ‘Pandora’s Box’, which serves as the source of the game’s conflict.
More importantly Capcom has announced when the game will be launching for PC owners to enjoy. Both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions will be launching on March 6th in the US, while March 9th is the date for Europe. PC owners have to wait until May 11th before they get the game, but some won’t mind considering the added customization of the fighters.
Will you be getting Street Fighter X Tekken?
