In a previous post we spoke about some patches that were made in Blizzard’s version 1.2 release which made some changes to Starcraft 2. Today we can bring you news that there has been another patch which is version 3.0 which changes many more faults in Starcraft 2.
There is a huge list of changes that are being made to the game and the full list can be viewed here, however some of the main changes that are being made are first of all, the addition of a grandmaster league which will represent the top 200 players from each region in 1 vs 1 ladders.
Developers have made massive improvements to the Starcraft 2 Editor, some of which include new trigger actions and functions being added, improved custom map loading times custom maps. The list seems endless and the improvements will need to be known by all hardcore Starcraft 2 fans so it is well worth checking out the entire list.
It is good to see that developers still care about their games so long after the game’s release, other changes include bug fixes which fix problems with achievements and points distribution and build times and unit speed has been modified.
