The Star Wars Episode 7 release date has been set and in true Apple fashion, there’s a countdown app on iPhone and iPad just for that. Maybe only for the most die-hard fans, you will always know exactly when the movie will hit theaters with a countdown clock on your iOS device.
Appropriately named “Countdown: Star Wars: Episode VII Edition”, this iOS app does much more than just countdown to the release date on December 18, 2015. You will also find the latest pictures from the Episode 7 set, leaks, and more.
Other features include a Star Wars Quiz to see how well you really do know this sci-fi film franchise, videos that even includes the latest Millennium Falcon Video revealing a hidden tribute, a chat room, and the latest news or interviews.
Are you currently using any Star Wars apps or even those dedicated to Episode 7? There hasn’t been an update to this application for a couple of months when it reached version 1.1, although the app developer is still asking for feedback on wanted features and needed fixes for problems.
