Spec Ops: The Line: Beta Release Date Coming Soon – E3 2010

It has now been 8 years since we saw the release of a Spec Ops video game, therefore you can understand our excitement when Yager Development recently divulged some information regarding their upcoming Spec Ops: The Line for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Yager didn’t set anything in stone, however they did reveal that there will be an open beta before the game’s proper release in 2011. Sadly they could not confirm the date that the beta would start, however a Yager representative did state more will be revealed in the next few days.

We recently came across this video, it reveals that the game features a third-person perspective, you play as Captain Mark Walker and have to search through Dubai for a missing Colonel, named John Konrad.
